As far as machine construction is concerned, we have developed a special department in which individual items and small series are made by hand. Batch productions and technological requirements are met by automated solutions.

 

Generally, they are larger plastic components of a combination of metal and wood. Here we often use our foam-backing technology to produce modular sandwich components which are extremely light and very stable.

 

In line with the task in question, we offer all joining technologies such as all types of plastic welding, state-of-the-art gluing technologies and bolted connections.
Upgrading the surfaces by means of varnishing, imprinting and manual laminating is just as much a part of rounding off the process as is the metallization of components for the purpose of electromagnetic shielding.
